Auracall's UK Call Plans Terms of Use
  • UK Unlimited Evening & Weekend - £3.00 a month plus line rental. Available to new and existing residential customers who sign up for a 12 month contract. Calls of up to an hour during Evenings and weekends to numbers beginning 01, 02 & 03 are free, after which charges apply. You can hang up and redial before the end to avoid charges. Inclusive call plans exclude non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0871/0870/0845), Premium Rate services, operator-controlled calls, calls to the internet, competitor access numbers, information and paging services, local, national and all non-geographic numbers used to dial up ISP's, other non voice calls and calls to the Channel Islands. Fair use policy applies.
  • UK Unlimited Evening & Weekend & Mobile - £5.75 a month plus line rental. Available to new and existing residential customers who sign up for a 12 month contract. Calls of up to an hour during Evenings and weekends to numbers beginning 01, 02 & 03 are free, after which charges apply. You can hang up and redial before the end to avoid charges. Calls to two stage access numbers will incur a charge and are not included as part of any plan.   • Line Rental - for landlines. Currently £12.50 a month with Direct Debit or monthly Debit/credit card. There's a 12 month minimum term and connection charges may apply.
  • UK Unlimited Anytime calls - Your calling plan will include Unlimited Evening & Weekend (Mon-Fri 6pm to 8am and all weekend) or Unlimited Anytime calls. This means calls of up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02 & 03, after which charges apply. You can hang up and redial before the end to avoid charges. There are exceptions like calls to the Channel Islands.
    Fair use policy applies – maximum 1,000 minutes or 150 calls a month. If either of these limits on inclusive calls is exceeded, Auracall will charge for these calls until further notice.
    Any calls over an hour will be charged at normal rates (you can hang up and redial to avoid these charges).
